A low-fat food is advised because by taking more fat, the fat will accumulate in the veins and arteries of the human body, which will lead to high blood pressure that can lead to heart disease. In order to reduce fat in human body, we should consume less oil, cheese or butter in our diet by controlling fat in human body. Regular exercise will be helpful in controlling the fat in the human body.

Doing sports, it will be a good exercise for the human body. Swimming is also a good sport. We must maintain our body weight according to our height. There we can reduce our health problems to the greatest extent.
